The Gastown $12 - Two over easy eggs, two farmer pork sausages, arugula salad, Yukon nugget potato hash, tomato pear chutney and two slices of buttermilk toast w/ a cup of Belgian Hot Chocolate

Croque Madame (The Parisian Way) $12 - Poached egg, grilled black forest ham, Swiss cheese, sliced tomato, béchamel sauce, arugula salad, Yukon nugget potato hash

Crispy Duck Confit Salad $11 - mixed greens, crispy bacon, Yukon nugget potato hash, shallots red wine vinaigrette with Belgian Hot Chocolate

The Scrambled Eggs chorizo Crepe $12 - Scrambled eggs, chorizo, avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato sauce, Yukon nugget potato hash and arugula salad

Thanks so much Kristen! I use a Canon 5D Mark II dslr and for the above photos I believe I used the 50mm f/1.4 prime lens :D
